Executive Director
Kendon Lacy
Kendon Lacy serves as the Executive Director for OKC Improv. He can be seen performing with troupes Kyle & Kendon, Kyle & Kendon: The Musical, YOUsical: The Improvised Musical, Boy Toys and his rotating duo show Improv Spouses. He formally served as OKC Improv Program Director and currently also serves an instructor. He has also co-developed the musical improv education program at OKC Improv. He has performed at the Chicago Improv Festival, New York Musical Improv Festival, The Nestival, Dallas Comedy Festival, as well as performing in Austin and Kansas City. Along with performing improv and stand up comedy, Kendon also enjoys acting in scripted theatre and musicals where some of his highlights have been playing lead in the Knockdown Dragout's production of The Motherf*cker With The Hat as well as performing as an ensemble member in Pollard Theatre's production of "In The Heights."

Tiffany Gutierrez-Connelly
Tiffany Gutierrez Connelly met her husband, Roger Connelly, through through improv when they both enrolled in OKC Improv's Level 2 class. Six years later, they are married and Co-Artistic Directors of the organization. Tiffany came to improv through acting. She has been an actress and model since 2009. Her first taste in improv was an improvised musical in high school. She continued improv with TAKE ONE PRODUCTIONS in 2014 and by 2017 rose to the rank of Executive Director of TAKE ONE PRODUCTIONS. You can still see her perform with her high-energy short-form troupe, TAKE ONE PRODUCTIONS & long-form narrative troupe, RATED P. With a passion for community, building a safe space, and creative expression Tiffany continues to pour her heart into the OKC Improv organization.

Roger Connelly II
Roger met his wife (and Co-Artistic Director) Tiffany Gutierrez-Connelly through improv when they both enrolled in the same OKC Improv Level 2 class. He came to improv later in life. Growing up across the country and around the globe, he settled at Oklahoma State University long enough for a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism & Broadcasting - Advertising. Working as a copywriter he looked to OKC Improv for help with writing only to stumble upon, and fall in love with, improv. He can most often be seen performing in his duo, Partners In Time, at festivals across the country or touring as a performer, instructor, and Artistic Director of TAKE ONE PRODUCTIONS at various Anime, Comic, and Sci-Fi conventions around the nation. Roger, along with Tiffany, continue to bring the dynamic & lessons that have made them good partners, improvisors, and a successful leadership team (support, communication, and acceptance) to their roles as Co-Artistic Directors of OKC Improv.
Managing Director
Sue Ellen Reiman
Sue Ellen Reiman holds a BFA and MA in theatre from OU and has been on staff for the Dallas Ballet, Prairie Dance Theatre, Street Players Theatre and Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park before becoming Managing Director for OKC Improv. Sue is OKC Improv's longest staff member serving in her position as Managing Director since 2011. Sue can be seen at OKC Improv performing with Anomaly, The Artful Codgers, The Grownups & BitSing: A Musical Improv Party.
Education Director
Pallas Iwashita
Pallas Iwashita received her Bachelor’s degree in Theater and Communication Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Masters in Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She has held the positions of President of Alpha Psi Omega at UCO and Managing Director of Take One Productions. Pallas obtained an award in Theater Excellence at UCO. Pallas has garnered special recognition from the American College Theater Festival for Excellence in Choreography. She has been performing and teaching improv professionally since 2011. She has performed all over the US and loves to try new improv forms and techniques. Her philosophy is to improve literacy in the community through active learning, increased exposure to information, and creative opportunities.
Associate Artistic Director & Music Director
Kyle Gossett
Kyle Gossett is a musician and improviser that serves as the Association Artistic Director & Music Director for OKC Improv. In addition to his positions with OKC Improv, Kyle serves full time as the Minister of Music and Communications for Grace Church - Episcopal in Yukon, OK, and has served as a music director for multiple improv teams and theater productions. His responsibilities include casting of OKC Improv "mashup" shows as well as assisting on all musical aspects of OKC Improv Main Stage productions. Kyle can be seen performing on the OKC Improv stage with Kyle & Kendon, Kyle & Kendon: The Musical, BitSing: A Musical Improv Party, The JK Club, Player 3 and Friends With Benefits. He can often be found playing the keys just about any production that requires musical aspects to that show.

Kelsey Rumenapp joins the OKC Improv staff as Bar Manager. She has a vast amount of experience in the bar & hospitality industry in addition to being an entrepreneur as well as a wife and mother to her beautiful family. Kelsey also serves as an OKC Improv instructor where her energy ignites first time students to fall in love with the art of improvisational comedy! Kelsey performs on stage with Chalk Talk: An OKC Improv Instructors' Motivational Show.
